Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team at support@zomaxautomart.pk or call 03196681400 to initiate the return process.
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Conditions for Refunds
- Item Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.
Non-Returnable Items
